Perfect for couples on a getaway
We got an upgrade to a big room, and the bed was like sleeping on clouds. Plus, the staff brought us tea — totally unexpected and made our stay feel special.
It wasn’t cheap, but considering the great service, it felt okay.

would absolutely stay here again
The room was super cozy with bathrobes and high-quality free toiletries. Plus, it had air conditioning and a safety deposit box. I loved the conveniently stocked honor mini bar for snacks. The location was perfect for exploring downtown. Staff were helpful with recommendations. The spa facilities offered a nice touch. Just a heads up, resort fees apply.

The ambiance is fantastic, and the decor truly stands out. The friendly staff went above and beyond, accommodating our needs and even serving complimentary wine in the evening. Enjoyed the cozy room with a comfortable bed and an incredible clawfoot tub. However, the layout of the room felt a bit constrained, and the closing time of the restaurant seemed rushed, which impacted our experience. Parking can be pricey at $32 for 24 hours, so plan accordingly.

Couples should give this a shot
The beds were incredibly comfortable, really hard to get out of, trust me. Plus, the design in the rooms was unique, lots of art that reminded me of the history behind everything.
Not exactly a bargain, but it worked out in the end.

The Theodore offers a stylish ambiance, and being just a quick walk from the convention center is a major plus. However, the bathrooms feel cramped, and the hidden fees were a bit surprising. Overall, a good experience, but definitely keep an eye on the extras.

Charming Stay with Great Dining Options
Enjoyed my time in a lovely sea view room! The Rider Restaurant's ambiance and exquisite cocktails made every meal special. Staff supported my stay after I faced a few hiccups, showing great hospitality. Small rooms can be a concern for some. opt for a suite if you can.

The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the city and visit local attractions. The lobby had a cozy vibe which was perfect for relaxing after a long day. However, the housekeeping service was a letdown. I had to request cleaning multiple times, and even then, it didn't meet my expectations. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but improved service would make it even better.

The hotel was super comfy, with a nice lobby to chill in after a day out. Just heads up, the housekeeping needs to be requested 24 hours in advance, which caught us off guard.
We struggled with the wi-fi connection. it was frustrating when trying to get work done during our stay. So if you're relying on a stable internet connection, plan accordingly.
